Beginnings
Why I started this blog, and what I plan to write about.
I’m working on a lot of things, and I’m sure I’m not alone in that.
The question that has bothered me most over the past few years is: how do I share what I do?
I write and talk about a strange niche that combines category-theoretic perspectives on programming and philosophy.
I needed a public-facing website anyway. Why not use it for my freelance work and make it a blog too? Here I can share what I’ve learned, what I’ve worked on, what I’m working on now, and what I make of life on Earth and in the IT industry.
The first few posts will revisit topics I’ve already covered in YouTube videos, with some extensions.
Making a YouTube video takes time, though. Not everything I find interesting warrants hours or days of work on a dedicated video.
So this blog is a place for those thoughts and a reference for my future self.
